you can overclocking the g3258 with non-z motherboard.
and I dont think there will be any issue with window 10

for now, I think most of the onboard audio is good enough for most of the game.

well, I dont think this motherboard do support any cpu and memory overclocking.
look at the design, it really similar with z170 gaming m3
but because of the b150 chipset, so this motherboard will not support the overclocking.
