    Are you lying dude? With a gtx 970 I was getting 70 fps on very high settings with 2X MSAA.

    In my opinion the Corsair air 240 is the best. It comes in white and black and it has a second chamber for cable management which is a hassle with small cases and it allows for many cooling options.

    For psu you can get a 550w evga power supply because you are going to buy a graphics card or you can get away with a corsair CX 430 for a PC without gpu. The mobo and the CPU are compatible.

    Check motherboard bios and see if Asus Anti-Surge is turned off. It was causing my PC to shut down. When the PC shuts down do you get some messages?

    Both are great but I reccomend the MSI 970, because I have one and there are no problems when I use more than 3.5gb VRAM.

    I would personally get 400w MINIMUM (no overclocks and many hard drives) but I think 450w or 500w is the best budget option.
