That's what I've seen everywhere online but that's not what happens. We created the install drive 2 weeks ago from Microsoft's website. Almost every Windows 10 computer I see in general doesn't have a 500mb System Reserved partition.

That's not the problem. File manager was reading these drives fine before, now it can't. It's not an issue with the hard drive, it's something wrong with file manager
