Thank you so much, it worked. i actually have done the clear Cmos thing a few times before but had to take all connectors out except the CPU on it, same as the video link u have attached below ( clear Cmos using PIN ) hence didn't wanted to try that again, more over i never knew we could work it...

Unable to go to BIOS or Boot Priority Menu, Ecs A55F2-M3 Mobo, currently has Ubuntu installed and running fine, i tried all options, the system smoothly enters into the Ubuntu login screen but when i move to Bios set up or boot menu, i see a black screen with the cursor loading and stays on...

if you can find it as 0 capacity, then it should show up in Bios, try a format and give a check .... :)
