try disabling your graphics cards and using ryzens integrated graphics. this could have something to do with power loss or gpu interference

Even though I agree there are better psus out there I don't think hexas are like totally terrible. Also, I don't think you really need 600w in this setup.

Rolled the system few days back and it's alright (for now). I'm afraid the problem will come back again after another update/restart.

All of a sudden my ethernet connection stopped working on Windows 10. The cable is detected, but stays at "Unidentified network, no internet". I tried configuring ipv4 manually, but realized it doesn't even matter as I can't even connect to the router. Seems like the connection is blocked...
