    Well you probably shouldn't run it at those temps if it's always running that hot. You can burn out the cpu like that

    What software are you using to check temps? How much thermal paste are you using? Is the cooler mounting properly with good contact? Those are pretty high temps, new thermal paste should have fixed the issue

    Might be a faulty power supply, what do you mean by anti surge? Does it just shut off? Also check your USB devices make sure everything that is plugged in works. If something shorts out that could cause it

    Yes, this is alright. Enable turbo, you will be fine. I had mine running as a server with the stock cooler for a year and a bit. Anything under 75-80c or within long term is all good
