Guys help me please,i have problem about cpu temperatures,my cpu have more than 100c....
My CPU is Intel Core i3 4160...i had that problem for about 3 weeks...i buy new termal past today and i put they on processor but nothing....stock cooler i have

Solution
More information is needed such as when do you see the high temperatures? are the high temperatures causing crashes? how long after boot do you see the high temperatures? what are you using to check temperature?
High CPU temperatures are the result of a combination of 2 main factors, high processing loads and inadequate cooling.
High processing loads can be caused by any software running on your computer, check in task manager to see if you are sitting at or near 100% on one or more cores. Try running a virus scan to check if any malware may be causing high cpu loads that you cant see.
Inadequate cooling is in most cases caused by bad thermal paste (you said you fixed that), a faulty fan, a dirty heatsink and/or poor airflow. try...
What software are you using to check temps? How much thermal paste are you using? Is the cooler mounting properly with good contact? Those are pretty high temps, new thermal paste should have fixed the issue

my motherboard controls the cooler of the processor by the processor, it's very loud, and used HW Monitor program to see temperatures, cooler we no two connected contact with the motherboard, those legs, perhaps to the fact, I try to buy a new cooler, I hope it will help

Inadequate cooling is in most cases caused by bad thermal paste (you said you fixed that), a faulty fan, a dirty heatsink and/or poor airflow. try running your computer with the case open and check for the following:
- is there any improvement in temperatures
- is the fan spinning at full speed (you can also check this with some software)
- do you feel heat coming off the heatsink (don't touch it, if it's >100c you will get burned)
- is the heatsink clean
- are any other case fans you may have also working

according to the intel documentation for your cpu it is supposed to cause a shutdown at temperatures higher than 72c, how it could be getting to >100c i do not know.

Solution
Man 210F and 100c that unblivible,i dont know.........
immediately after 10 minutes processor increases the temperature to 210F or 100c as you want, tomorrow I'll buy a new cooler might be better, because my union two legs of the cooler broke them so I can not sit in the motherboard, perhaps because the worse cools and for malware do not know if I have, I have a virus some funny collection qutr.com something like ... if you have any antivirus that it removed would be grateful

try the free version of Malwarebytes for getting rid of viruses. broken legs on the cooler could easily be causing the problem as they may be preventing a good contact between the cooler and cpu.
100c is not unbelievable but it is high enough to indicate a problem.
