I'v done all that, it won't even boot Safe Mode. It goes to load it, then it hangs up on the black screen with the cursor. I look at the processing flash on the front of the PC, and it stopped flashing, which means that something isn't wanting to load.

So, when i go to Boot my PC, which is Windows 7; it will load past the "Starting Windows" Screen. However, when it reaches the Black Screen with the Cursor in the middle, it stops loading, and will not load past that point. I'v done attempted System repair. I have a Dell XPS PC, so it came...

Randomly, out of no where today, my keyboard started to spam the time and date, every time i seem to press the T, U, or O keys. I also noticed, it doesn't happen every time. I'll press them one time, and nothing. I go to press them again, and they spam the T&D... I haven't spilled or done...

Its not my connection. It's another problem, my internet connects fine, i am using my PC on internet posting this. I have 2 wireless adapters and both work fine, and i have tested the problem on both and it don't work on either.
