    For all the G-Sync users

Only if you run your game's max fps up to the refresh rate of the monitor. Example, if you are running a g-sync monitor at 144hz, to get zero input lag you must limit your framerate within the game to something lower than the refresh rate (cs:go use fps_max 130). When you hit the refresh rate...

Will g sync ever become fully utilized ?

If we reached that point gsync would not be needed. Gsync comes into play when frame rates drop BELOW the refresh rate of the monitor. When framerates go above the refresh of the monitor then g-sync acts just like v-sync with the included input lag. The trick to getting the full potential out of...

New monitor for gaming? GSync or 21:9? What to choose?

21:9 aspect ratio is not supported in all games. Not to mention it's a 60hz monitor with inferior GtG latency . Great for productiviy and work, not great for gaming. Don't get me wrong, I'd love to see a gaming grade 21:9 monitor with g-sync. I'd buy that in a heartbeat.

Asus ROG Swift PG278Q cost too high?

Asus is price gouging at the moment because they can. Once the market gets flooded with G-sync monitors it will come down to a reasonable price ($650 sounds about fair). Its listed on new egg as "World's first and only WQHD G-sync monitor" at $799. Hopefully we'll see a plethora of monitors...

Is Nvidia G-SYNC needed on a really strong desktop pc where you dont drop lower than 150 fps on an FPS game?

G-sync is worthless at 150fps, you are better off getting a monitor with good light strobing support and get CRT like motion free gaming. Only downside will be screen tearing. But if and when you come across a game that challenges your video card, G-sync will be the better option, as current...

Nvidia To Support G-Sync Alternative Adaptive-Sync? Nvidia Say No

READ WHAT NINJAWITHAGUN WROTE. All you people are directing your hate at the wrong company. If AMD was truly honest they should have named their idea to "Free-for-AMD-sync". AMD can't afford to to invent something like G-SYNC so they come up with a catch name for another way to doing that STILL...

Nvidia To Support G-Sync Alternative Adaptive-Sync? Nvidia Say No

Adaptive-sync is going to cost an upcharge just like g-sync. You are kidding yourself if you think otherwise. Monitor manufacturers will still need to create new scaler models to work with AMD's "free"-sync and you best believe they are going to upcharge for the new hardware. As a monitor maker...
