    My current monitor has nothing to do with my question. I only mentioned it because I hate when people go off topic and mention a different monitor that I don't ask for. I want a 21 inch monitor highest hertz possible. Any suggestions?

    You should be fine. I used to use a gtx 970 with a 240hz monitor and 2 60hz. No shutters or fps drops in games either.
