You really think people are gonna buy a i5-4460 at this time? I'm fine with going to a local store to flash the bios on a motherboard. You have a build that includes a lga 1150 socket?

I don't think it's wise to buy a older motherboard then pay someone to flash the BIOS when your budget can get you a much better CPU on a socket with an actual upgrade path. Put the 4460 on ebay, I'm sure someone who has a 1150 socket MB & DDR3 memory would want it.

Alright I see, I'll go with the build you recommended. Appreciate the help man, you think I should oc the processor to 4ghz or just leave it?
