Don't know much about home servers tbh, but you can check out Intel's Xeon Quad Core X3470 (https://www.amazon.com/Intel-Xeon-X3470-2-93GHz-LGA1156/dp/B002OOQ0TK ). Not sure if it can handle your demands, but it's definitely cheap.

Have you checked MS Surface Go? It has 4GB RAM and 64 GB storage. I'm sure it can handle PowerPoint presentations and other docs. But if you're into Chromebooks, this is what I found to be best in your price range.

I think you should use a reliable power supply calculator first. There are many available over the internet, such as this one (https://outervision.com/power-supply-calculator ). Just enter your PC specs, including the GPU you're about to buy, and then you can find a good PSU within that wattage.

Being a casual gamer, and a full-time employee, I don't have that much time to play games regularly. That's why I usually buy 3-4 games every year. Recently, I subscribed to the Origin Access Premium which gives me enough games (BF1, BF5, NFS Payback) to play for this year and probably the next...
