The temps are good but the 480 should not even had about the same performance as the gtx 1060 6gb unless it was bottlenecked by the cpu

you can get a used gtx 1070 for around that price on ebay

get sonething better than that the price per performance on the 590 is crap

I'd get a gtx 1070 you can find them inexpensive on ebay but if you don't hate used and you could also get a vega 56 that is almost and pwerful as a gtx 1070 ti

Do you have a warrenty on it because I would use the warrenty I think there is something wrong with your card that you can't fix
