Update: I found that by opening a search window and issuing the command %AppData%, I can get into the hidden AppData folder. But when i navigate to the Local\Temp folder, neither of the two numbered files exist. Help??

Not sure what you are asking, but here goes: I sm running an Asus Z97K motherboard. Yes it does have both USB 2 and 3. Along with a M.2 socket. The SSD is a Samsung Evo 255GB and is indeed internally mounted, using one of the 6 available SATA plugs. Works great. BTW: Fedex has delivered my M.2...

Until a new motherboard can be installed, I need to remove my current video card and switch to the on-board video of an Asus Z97K. Want to put a a M.2 card and a Lycom DT-120 card in that hi-speed socket. What procedure should be used in disabling the current video card and making the switch?

Apparently no one has used an M.2 drive with the Asus Z97K motherboard. So I ordered both the M.2 and a PCIe adapter card. I will test both and post the results. Stay tuned.
