Playing games like PUBG, Rainbow 6 Siege, etc, gets my cpu usage to 100% and gpu 100% at the same time. Is that okay? I don't experience input lag, fps lag, any of that sort. It's good to point out im watching a stream or video while playing.

my 1070 is running slow on Overwatch. I'll be on medium settings, 75% render scale and it actually drops below 144. This just started happening yesterday. Normally when I game I get 60C, but now my 1070 is running colder, like it's not running as hard. Any help? Playing on 1080p btw

Playing Overwatch it doesn't go over 60, idle it's around 50. (It's idle 50 cuz 2 fans are plugged into the fan header on the GPU so it doesn't run unless it needs to) Safe?
