So, it looks like I should manually connect the monitors to the desktop PC instead of using a dock station.

I updated all bios/drivers/utilities from MSI website and still no success. The latest bios version is 7D99v12. I am also using the origin USB-C cable that arrived with the dock station. Since it is working with the laptops, I guess there is no faulty cable in the setup.
