If you have an AMD PC, take a look at AMD OverDrive and look at the thermal margin. The higher the margin, the cooler the CPU. The lower the margin, the warmer. Mine is usually about 60 idle, and 40-50 gaming.

Try uninstall that. I heard that the Synapse software causes problems sometimes, and any other drivers you may have installed for the mouse (except the generic standard ones). Proceed to use the mouse as normal and observe any problems that occur and post back here.

Have you checked the wires connecting from the power button into the motherboard are inserted correctly with the postives and negatives the correct way around? Also, is the 4/8 pin CPU plug plugged into the board? Additionally, is the 24 ATX plug connected?
