I recently got a new monitor and when i play games it feels like i have motion blur turned on and ive tried everything i can think of to try and fix it, im not sure if it something wrong with my monitor or not. The monitor is a AOC M2470SWH. Any ideas of what it could be?

A week ago my computer wouldnt shut down and i had to turn it off with power supply switch and after that i tried turning it back on and it wouldnt, its completely dead. I got a new psu because i thought it was that and still nothing happens when i turn it on, so would it be my motherboard or?

I tested it with another psu and nothing happened, would this mean its my motherboard?
