Hello, i got an issue where my gpu fan is always at 100% even when at idle and temps are well bellow 30c. I have tried to reinstall the drivers tried adjusting the fan speed with msi afterburner and it's only adjusting the 2nd fan and ideas?

my ethernet is rated for 100mbps so it won't go more also 350 from label but it should be close as the router is next to my pc

so i bought a Kingston SSD couple of months ago and i just thought of running benchmarks and i'm surprise with the results. i'm using Intel and SATA 3

Turbo boosting doesn't work on benchmark it will work in ilde / only 2 cores are needed

Replacing the cooler seems to work now i just replaced the fan last time

I have tried another fan doesn't seems to work also (fan is an old case fan but it got 4 pins like a cpu fan)
