Question CPU fan is failing to turn

Hello,
My cpu fan seems to have died but i don't know if it's motherboard or cpu cooler but it seems like when pc is turning on normally it's spins really slow when i turn a game or something on the fans just die and temps go high

I have tried another fan doesn't seems to work also (fan is an old case fan but it got 4 pins like a cpu fan)

Replacing the cooler seems to work now i just replaced the fan last time

Definately don't want to take a chance with your CPU cooler just buy a new one. Don't mess with changing fans.
