did u get the drivers? that might be your problem, check this: 1. hit windows key + r 2. type in dxdiag 3. click on the tab that says "display" 4. if it says microsoft basic display, you need drivers

Upgraded to windows 10 64 bit, worked fine!

400watts is recommended like everyone else suggested! :)

for programming you could even run on an intel pentium, APU AMD A10-7890K is perfectly fine (kinda overkill)
