hey i got a gtx 1070 and a few days ago it ran overwatch in 170 to 200 fps now it runs on 120to 160 fps and it isnt loud as it use to be (when it played on 170 to 200 fps) what can i do to get more fps? (i have 2 case fans and an i7 7700 if it helps) i am playing on fhd res

hey i have got a 144hz monitor (AOC G2460PF)but i cant play 144hz i am trying to set it to 144hz from windows i click 144hz and apply and then i close it and go in agian and it set on 60 hz what is the problem? (my cable can run 144hz) my computer only detects Generic PnP monitor
