    Thing is I am indeed using elevated cmd, still it's saying access denied. I just dunno what is the issue, in commands or whatnot. Also, I roughly got what you said later but dunno if I should attemp that.

    Ok thanks for that information, I didn't even noticed that, but I am trying to partition C drive which is in Disk 1. So, as of now, I don't think it's worth changing Disk 0 to basic.

    Yes, to be honest I was able to postpone the deadline for dual partitioning, so I will use 3rd party app after a month or so. Hopefully this gets resolved by then.

    I have had dual booted windows with Fedora and Kali multiple times with my previous laptop which was Dell Inspiron 3501. So, I don't think there will be any issue with this laptop.
