9600k tends to be a bit faster in games because of its higher clockspeed. Also, I really don't think you need to spend anywhere near 200$ for a motherboard, 140-150$ would be more than enough. Cheers

i3-9350K on top in pretty much all of the gaming tests with a discrete gpu? From what I have seen, it is considered a terrible purchase at its MSRP. Didn't expect to see it perform this well in this review.

Looks like AMD has abandoned their WX branding on higher-end models(2990/2970WX). Other than that these seem very powerful and quite expensive but of course, if you really benefit from powerful multi-core performance, I think you actually get what you pay for here.
