    Hi Guys, I think I solved it, seems like the MSI afterburner was the culprit. It doesn't show the real CPU usage when I swap my new card into my rig. I tried to re-install it and CPU usage exceeded 10% easily. Is 19 to 34% CPU usage still low though?

    Yes, I literally updated the BIOS a few minutes ago, still doesn't solved my problem :( Power plan is in high performance.

    Hi, I have 100Mbps internet and I just noticed that I only get 30Mbps when I connect my PC to my router. I get my whole 100Mbps when I connect from modem to my PC. I tried to restore factory setting but still no luck. My router is D-Link DIR-619L.
