The lights are breathing but not in a way that somebody changed the effect and I also bought a new PSU and it should be getting in tomorrow.

Don't use the fx series chips i have one now my self and i regret buying it. Also consider spending like 40 or 50 bucks more on the gtx 1050ti, alot better performance for the price increase from the gtx 1050 base model
