They have a good RMA system. Have you already taken them out of all the packaging? Sometimes theyre picky about that. You can test them in your computer anyway, but you risk damaging your motherboard.

It also depends on the power supply brand. If it was from a good brand (XFX, Antec, Corsair), then I wouldn't worry. If it was from no-name brand, I would not run the graphics card on it.

Where did you buy them from? If they're damaged, which it sounds like they are, return them asap.
