Seasonic make great psu but the corsair 600w should work fine it not the best but should work fine.

All four should have around the same performance. First one if you don't mind open box. Second one if you want brand new.

The M599FX only have a 6+2 power phase but have a 990X + SB950 chipset so should work better. Unless your getting the 270x 4gb for a cheap price then the 2gb version i get the 270x 2gb to save some money or 280.

Intel are better right now we all know that but amd cpu are not bad the 83xx cpu should't bottleneck any gpu unless for muti sli 780ti. Im pretty sure am3+ is dead but considering ddr4 ram are coming out in 2015 there is a chance amd will update the socket and start producing ddr4 motherboard...

It will be a bottleneck in cpu intensive games but not a major bottleneck. That is strange for a 770 to get less fps then a 750 ti. What game are you playing?

The 290 have lower core and less Texture Units then the 290x but the different in performance is about 8%. You could just buy a cheaper 290 with a good cooler like asus and xfx and overclock to 290x level of performance.

The xfx 550w should work fine it a well build quality psu. Even overclock I don't think your build would pull more then 450w max .
