3d design

So I have a Dark Rock Pro 4 and the problem is that I lost 2 of the required AMD standoffs and cant mount it now. So my question is if someone has a 3d design so I can go and 3d print new ones ?

I have a corsair h60 and a amd fx 6300 together. I overclocked the cpu to 4.13Mhz and getting temps around 37 C with 100% cpu usage is this normal or do I need to set the overclock back.
