    Need advice on upgrade

Just looking for some advice on the parts I’ve chosen for my upgrade, is there anything I should switch out to get a better price? I’m not against sacrificing a little bit of performance in exchange for a lower price. Mobo: https://www.amazon.com/MSI-Motherboard-B350M-GAMING-PRO/dp/B06X3Y7KB5...

Is this a good used 7970?

7970 It is fairly cheap at 141 dollar plus free shipping. My concern is that there is no box and he said the stickers fell off. It is nice that it is around 20 dollars or so cheaper than the rest. Just wondering before I purchase a new GPU.

    ASRock Z87 Pro3 or Gigabyte GA-Z87X-D3H

I need a low priced Z87 motherboard for my i7-4770k. I am looking at the ASRock Z87 Pro3 or Gigabyte GA-Z87X-D3H. Either can be had under a $100. I noticed the ASRock does not have two PCI-e slots and thus cannot crossfire/sli. Any other major draw backs to this board?
