I wan't to ask if anyone know's why my gpu (gigabyte gtx 1060 windforce OC) is getting low fps on most games i get on most of the games between 30% and 50% gpu usage only in a few games i get 60% to 80% and sometimes 100% usage i have a fx 8350 black series would it help to OC my CPU?
