    Pc going into a weird state

    I was playing Escape From Tarkov today, when main monitor shut down and the second ran smoothly as always. This happened a couple of times and now the pc won't even turn on completely. It goes into a state where the LED and fans are turned on, but I can shut it down by simply tapping the power...

    Toshiba Satellite A215-S6816 does not power up.

    Laptop will not power up with or without battery or ac adapter. No power status indicator lamps light up. Unit seems to be a paper weight now. Getting good power from the ac adapter 14.49vdc. 1.5A-3A (no load) Any ideas on next troubleshooting step before I open up the machine? Thanks!
