I have an AMI bios motherboard - h310 micro atx - from amazon (not even sure what manufacturer... amazon link here). i5-9600k with 32 gb ddr4 ram. m.2 drive and no other hdd or sdd. I want to install windows via usb boot drive, but I cannot get into bios settings to select boot...

My laptop have 988rPGA (idk why listed as 989rPGA in CPU-Z) socket. I already check the HM55 chipset capable to upgrade from i3 350M to i7 640M. I have already upgrade the similar laptop and it's going well. But this time it stuck at blank screen. The BIOS already updated to the last version...
I press power button the fan spins but the screen remains blank/no image.
After 20 seconds there is next beeps sequence: 2 short, 3 long, pause, 3 short. After pause there are sometimes 2 short beeps instead of 3 short.
I cannot find any beep codes in the manual and a google doesn't show it...
