buttons

Some button on my keyboards doesn't work. I need to press repeatedly/hold it until the letter shows, and sometimes when I want to capitalize the letters by holding shift, it won't work at all. Those buttons are "E" "R" "F" "5" "F5" "F6" "Right Arrow Key".

Hi everyone, I got a Samsung EVO 850 that I like to wipe out all the info and check the SSD usage. How do I do it via USB? I read online that you can't do it with Samsung Magician because it only accesses SSDs that are connected internally. Is there any free software that I can use?
