    Bois doesnt work, switched out battery and unpluged power

    i got a mother board with an Athlon 2 CPU, the model is a M2N68-LA, i put a new battery in the motherboard, unplugged PSU, changed jumper positions, any suggestions? Will it usually turn on when you turn the PSU on or do you need a power button?
