I want to build a Streaming PC and was planning on an I7 4930k and I am still willing to spend that kind of money but will i see any kind of increase in stream quality from uping CPU Preset with that beast of a cpu or should i just get a i7 4770k or i7 4790k

Numerous articles say yes but they're dated in 2012. As it is now 2014, are the newest upper end video cards still compatible?

should i buy a second hand 5770/5870 to crossfire with my current 5770 or save the extra for a newer card like a EVGA GeForce GTX 760 SC ACX 2048MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card
