I've noticed that Cores 2 and 3 are reporting speeds of 1.7GHz when it should be 3.7GHz - cores 0 and 1 are at their stock speed (3.7GHz) and remain that way, but cores 2 and 3 won't move past 1.7GHz Is this a reason for this?
