So a few days ago I just decided to run an optimization for the drive which is not my Windows Drive. It has now been stuck on 0% fragmented for a day or two. I have also tried deleting the drive completely and creating a new simple volume, and the 0% fragmentation still comes back. What should I do?
I had an old sd card that was corrupted and i coudnt view the data so i was messing around when i came across drive deragmenting. It said the storage hadn't defragmented and that i should to increase efficiency so i did. After it finished i realized that i didnt have a hard drive but a ssd. So...
So every time I try to set "schedule optimization" on to monthly and set it to the hard drives I want it always shuts off when I restart my computer and I can't seem to figure out why, and I can't seem to find solid info of other users having the same issue.
I've tried to uninstall any programs...

I've purchased and SSD and I'm going to attempt to clone my existing HDD and making the SSD my main drive.
Question is, should I defrag my HDD first? I haven't done that in 5+ years, but don't know if there's any value in doing that before I clone it to the SSD.
Thanks you!
I have disabled automatic defragging in window's app, and disabled it in my antivirus's settings, yet when I check event viewer, it says a defrag happens around every week. How can I permanently disable defragging? Thanks.

So I downloaded the GPU Tweak II program from ASUS and saw that it had a "Gaming Boost" option. I clicked it, and it required me to do 3 things: Set performance settings for visualisation, disable some windows processes and finally, defrag. I clicked on all 3 and proceeded to enable them all...
