    [SOLVED] Can't close process under file-explorer

    Seagate - Discwizard - Tishell64. It's running under file-explorer. Redownloading the program and uninstalling it won't help... sometimes I dirty uninstall stuff by deleting the folder and such, this time it has been a royal pain to fix.
