just bought intel dz68bc motherboard. pc wont start. all mobo lights are on, cpu fan, graphics fans all on. no signal on monitor. getting three beeps three second break then repeated over and over when starting up. i am getting error code 15 on the mobo led. under manual 15 =Exit early...

I have windows 8 32bit installed on my laptop & i use Windows Defender. I try to keep Defender upto date always. Do i still need USB Disk Security. Pls reply?

Currently, I have an Intel i3 desktop with an AMD (ATI) graphics Card for 2 monitors, both 24 inches. I am looking for a cheap single Graphics Card to handle 3 monitors. Or, can I add another adaptor to drive the 3rd monitor. I do not play games at all. Thanks for your help.
