I recently went from a Ryzen 5 2600 to a Ryzen 5 5600x and with the stock cooler it was about 80 degrees celcius when idle, when gaming it was about 4-6 degrees higher. I decided to buy an AIO and bought the Kraken X73 from NZXT, temperatures are now 50 - 55 at idle and about 58 - 65 gaming...
