Hello, I bought a Lenovo Legion 5 a few months ago and recently started to have some issues with it. Sometimes (daily), out of nowhere, no matter what app or game I'm using/ playing, the laptop sound gets distorted and the image (and mouse cursor as well) stutters/ lags, like a massive frame...

I recently did a storage upgrade on my 2020 Lenovo Legion 5, replacing the existing HDD with a 970 Evo SSD, and cloned the contents to the new drive. Upon running CrystalDiskMark on my existing and new SSDs, I noticed that the existing boot SSD was instantly hitting 70C+ and not cooling down...

am really confused i bought same laptop with same gpu and everything and the only difference i notice was that the 12700h was having lower temp i found this out using the msi afterburner and it confused me alot to why this was the case because i know the 6800h has 7nm while intel has 10nm...

i know the 6800h comes with thermal paste on it but would it be safe to replace it my self in couple of years depending on how long it last and when i need to add more so could i just add liquid metal instead of thermal paste on 6800h though i know its only the 12700h intel version that comes...
