About once a week, when I boot up my Sony laptop, instead of getting my desktop, I get the nonsensical Quick Web Browser, which,a) is neither quick, nort 2) web access. In fact, everything seems to be dead, and I have to turn off, and re-try. How to get rid of this, please?
