So i just installed a Gigabyte RTX 2080 Super, which should obviously be pushing 1850-2000 MHz easily, but it's stuck at 1650 and if i try overclocking it even 10MHz my computer almost completely stops working. I'm running a 600W PSU which is the only thing i can think that would cause an issue...
