So i have a GIGABYTE X570 AORUS PRO (AMD X570) with a 3700x while idle i have a Power Reporting Deviation of between 250% to 290% when i run Cinebench R20 its drops to 90% what does this mean ? If someone could enlighten me :) Thanks
