Hi everyone i'm having a problem with windows 10 youtube videos only load with the Edge browser , with IE Firefox and chrome i get only a spinning loading thing ( the player and the website loads just fine , but it doesnt start playing the video ) . any help would be appreciated .

My motherboard is Nettle2. I tried using CPU-Z but I didn't see such option. So I used GPU-Z but when I see my PCI-E Type it says it was "PCI?". So I tried the Render Thingy, but when I tried it, it blue screens. Can someone say what type of PCI-E x16 I have?
