My laptop has an I9 13th gen and a 3050 gpu, lately almost every game such as cyberpunk or xdefiant I get slight micro stutters and fps drops and I can't figure out why. I'm fairly sure it's not being caused by thermal throttling or anything but I can't figure out why its happening.

I've been having PC troubles for the better part of the past two weeks. It started with progressively unplayable microstutter in multiple games. I did some trouble shooting, and realized there was some issues on one of my SSDs. I disabled/disconnected the SSD and it seemingly solved the issue...
