So, I have a prebuilt asus pc with SK Hynix memory, when i load into BIOS I do see a xmp window. But when i press it it only shows a disable button. I cannot enable it whatsover. I want to purchase a new kit of memory but i'm not sure if its a motherboard, or a memory issue. If anyone could help...

To keep thing short, I clean installed OS to fix what I assumed was a bad install. Things seem to be going normally for a bit, then I crashed. I then created my previous thread.

When i choose xmp1 i get a message with a yes or no
The message is:
Would you like to enhance the system performance with the xmp settings?
Selecting no applies intel stock settings
Do not select 'no' if you intent to overclock the cpu
Choosing no still changes the profile to xmp1...
