ı lost my starcraft 2 cd and customer support cant do anything wşthout the box. not even if ı show the cd itself

ı just entered a live chat with supprot and the kept saying that ı need to send them the cd key. cd doesnt work and ı lost the box itself. is there a way for me to fşnd it on my computer?
askng this because for some reason on my main and alt acocunt it says that ı need to upgrade my copy of sc2. but ı bought the cd 2 years ago. please help. sc2 is an awesome game.

You may be simply hosed. However, I suggest that you try the Magical Jelly Bean key finder (yes, that's a real name) and see if it can find anything for the game. It's the best tool I've heard about for code recovery. Good luck.
