0 bytes per Second

So I was trying to transfer a game folder to desktop After deciding to transfer , I noticed that it didnt made any progress what so ever and stucked on 0 BYTES PER SECOND. --help

Make sure your account is an administrator account. If you don't have access to/can't change your account to an administrator account, you may be SOL. Otherwise I'm not entirely sure.
